Fresh Blueberry Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries, washed and chopped
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper (any color you prefer)
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped blueberries, diced red onion, diced bell pepper, diced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
