Silken Tofu Ranch Dressing

Try this flavorful, fresh herb-filled low-fat silken tofu ranch! It simply takes five minutes to prepare, is highly protein-rich, and wonderfully tangy. This versatile and tasty silken tofu ranch is great for pouring, spreading, and dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup silken tofu
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the silken tofu, almond milk, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, minced garlic, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, dried chives, salt, and pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined. If the dressing is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to achieve the desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more salt, pepper, or herbs to suit your taste.
  4. Transfer the dressing to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Serve chilled with your favorite salad or vegetables.
