Ingredients
- 1 cup silken tofu
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the silken tofu, almond milk, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, minced garlic, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, dried chives, salt, and pepper.
