Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh dragon fruit (pitaya), peeled and diced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (such as simple syrup, honey, or agave), to taste
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced dragon fruit, coconut milk, water, and sweetener.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more sweetener.
