Vegan Frozen Pizza Bianca

New pizza straight from the oven? But all it is well, frozen pizza. Quite practical if you haven’t been shopping and in some ways superior to using a delivery service, yes? We wanted to show some affection and care towards frozen pizza!

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made vegan pizza crust (check the ingredients to ensure it’s vegan)
  • 1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup vegan Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the pizza crust package.
  2. Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Brush the garlic and oil mixture evenly over the surface of the pizza crust.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded vegan mozzarella cheese and grated vegan Parmesan cheese over the crust.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Place the baking sheet with the pizza in the preheated oven and bake according to the instructions on the pizza crust package, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Once cooked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  10. Slice the pizza into desired servings and serve while warm.
