Starbucks Dragon Drink

Posted on August 28, 2023August 28, 2023 By Admin No Comments on Starbucks Dragon Drink

With this simple copycat Dragon Drink recipe, you can easily make the well-known, vividly pink Starbucks drink at home. Naturally gluten-free and vegan. It’s one of Starbucks’ lighter menu selections and is light, creamy, and refreshing. The dragon fruit floaty bits are what truly make it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh dragon fruit (pitaya), peeled and diced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (such as simple syrup, honey, or agave), to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced dragon fruit, coconut milk, water, and sweetener.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more sweetener.
  4. Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the ice is crushed and the drink is frothy.
  5. Pour the Dragon Drink into glasses and enjoy!
