Sesame Crunch Salad

This Sesame Salad recipe is perfectly crunchy, creamy, sweet, savory, and tossed with favorite quick sesame vinaigrette.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 small cabbage, Finely chop everything
  • 1 can chickpeas (or another protein source)
  • Dressing:
  • 4 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1 Tbsp tahini (optional)
  • 1/2 Tsp ginger and garlic powder

Instructions:

Whisk until smooth.
First add the dressing to the jar, then layer chickpeas and the veggies.
Keep in the fridge up to 4 days.
