Peach Blueberry Sangria Mocktails

These delightful, non-alcoholic Peach Blueberry Sangria Mocktails are perfect for all ages and are filled with seasonal summer fruit. For added flavour, they are infused with apple cider vinegar and fresh mint.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups peach nectar or peach juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened blueberry juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup or sweetener of your choice (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced peaches and blueberries.
  2. Add the peach nectar (or peach juice) and unsweetened blueberry juice to the pitcher.
  3. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the mixture.
  4. Stir in the agave syrup or your preferred sweetener, adjusting the sweetness to your liking.
  5. Add ice cubes to the pitcher to chill the mocktail.
  6. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water or club soda to add some fizz and effervescence to the mocktail.
  7. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients together.
  8. Pour the Peach Blueberry Sangria Mocktail into glasses filled with ice.
  9. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a few extra peach slices or blueberries, if desired.
