Stuffed dates are always a hit, whether you’re preparing for a dinner party, a potluck, or just want to make some healthy and delectable snacks.

Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 4 ounces (113 grams) cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • Honey, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully make a lengthwise cut in each date to create an opening. Remove the pit.
  3. Fill each date with a small amount of cream cheese, using a spoon or your fingers.
