Chocolate Mango Smoothie

A pleasant and enjoyable treat, this creamy vegan chocolate mango smoothie blends two delightfully sweet and cool layers in one glass. without sugar and surprisingly nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped mango, cocoa powder, almond milk, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the smoothie is thick and frothy.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup or sweetener of your choice.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
