Raw Chocolate Pudding

This nutritious dish combines avocado, banana, cacao powder, and natural sweetener to make a rich, creamy, and delectable raw pudding that’s great for a snack or dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small or ½ large ripe avocado
  • 1 overripe banana
  • ½ can coconut milk
  • 2 TB raw cacao powder
  • 1 TB raw honey

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients to a bowl, blender, or food processor. Blend until smooth, adjusting the amount of coconut milk if needed to get a nice creamy consistency similar to that of real pudding.
  2. Divide into 4 small bowls or ramekins, chill for 30 minutes and enjoy! The raw chocolate pudding will keep in the fridge for a few days when covered.
