Radish Toasts

This five-minute radish toast recipe is a straightforward yet attractive alternative for breakfast or brunch. Enjoy! Add some chopped chives on top.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread until golden brown.
  2. Spread butter or olive oil on each slice of toast.
  3. Arrange the sliced radishes on top of the toast.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
