The combination of mixed berries, a frozen banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk creates a delightful symphony of flavors. Customize it with your favorite toppings for an added crunch and enjoy a wholesome, satisfying snack or breakfast option.

Ingredients:

For the Smoothie:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:
