Dairy-Free Chia Pudding Recipe

Posted on April 19, 2023April 19, 2023 By Admin No Comments on Dairy-Free Chia Pudding Recipe

Without a blender, make quick and simple Chia Pudding! Both dairy and gluten are excluded from this chia pudding recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken into a pudding-like texture.
  3. Stir the pudding before serving and top with fresh fruit or nuts, if desired.
