Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Bowl

Delicious, sautéed cinnamon apples are used to make this apple cinnamon yoghurt dish, which will fill your home with the most wonderful aromas. It will undoubtedly become one of your go-to fall breakfasts, so keep some on hand for any morning!

Ingredients:

Breakfast bowl

  • 2/3 cup thick coconut yogurt
  • 1/3 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • maple syrup (as needed)

Caramelised Apples

  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Combine chopped apples with cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in apples and sauté until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Spoon yogurt into the base of your bowl. Add on caramelized apples, granola, pumpkin seeds and drizzled maple syrup. Enjoy!
