Kale Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch kale, rinsed and dried well
  • Olive oil drizzle
  • Sea salt, garlic powder to
  • taste
  • 1TB nutritional yeast

Instructions:

  • Heat oven to 350-375 degrees, depending on your oven. Keep the temperature on the lower end if your oven tends to get hot.
  • Arrange kale on baking sheet/s, making sure not to crowd.
  • Sprinkle seasonings over the top.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes, keeping an eye on the chips to make sure they don’t burn.
  • Turn the chips over and then bake for 2-3 minutes more. You may need more or less time depending on your oven.
