- 4-5 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or coconut nectar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
- Pinch of salt
For the almond flour crumble topping
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or coconut nectar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
