Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked lentils, cooked quinoa, oats, onion, garlic, tomato paste, nutritional yeast, flax egg, olive oil, smoked paprika, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix everything together until well combined. You can use your hands to help bind the mixture.
- Shape the mixture into sausage shapes. You can make them any size you prefer.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Grease the grill grates or pan lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the sausages on the grill or grill pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are nicely browned and heated through.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
