New pizza straight from the oven? But all it is well, frozen pizza. Quite practical if you haven’t been shopping and in some ways superior to using a delivery service, yes? We wanted to show some affection and care towards frozen pizza!
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made vegan pizza crust (check the ingredients to ensure it’s vegan)
- 1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup vegan Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the pizza crust package.
- Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
- Brush the garlic and oil mixture evenly over the surface of the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded vegan mozzarella cheese and grated vegan Parmesan cheese over the crust.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the baking sheet with the pizza in the preheated oven and bake according to the instructions on the pizza crust package, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once cooked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Slice the pizza into desired servings and serve while warm.
