Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.
