Spinach Dip Stuffed Mushrooms

Easy Spinach Dip Mushrooms. These mushrooms are a dream, the filling is everything you want, but more. Every bite is creamy, cheesy, and absolutely delicious. This recipe makes for the perfect appetizer and can be made in the air-fryer as well.

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 large mushrooms, stems removed

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spoon the spinach mixture into each mushroom cap and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is heated through and golden brown on top.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
