Easy Spinach Dip Mushrooms. These mushrooms are a dream, the filling is everything you want, but more. Every bite is creamy, cheesy, and absolutely delicious. This recipe makes for the perfect appetizer and can be made in the air-fryer as well.
- 16 oz. fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 16 large mushrooms, stems removed
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Spoon the spinach mixture into each mushroom cap and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is heated through and golden brown on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
