Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dry the Chickpeas:
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
- Season:
- In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Roast:
