This Sesame Salad recipe is perfectly crunchy, creamy, sweet, savory, and tossed with favorite quick sesame vinaigrette.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 small cabbage, Finely chop everything
- 1 can chickpeas (or another protein source)
- Dressing:
- 4 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup or agave
- 1 Tbsp tahini (optional)
- 1/2 Tsp ginger and garlic powder
Instructions:
Whisk until smooth.
First add the dressing to the jar, then layer chickpeas and the veggies.
Keep in the fridge up to 4 days.
