Ingredients:
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread (sourdough or whole wheat work well)
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 slices of red onion
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the drained tuna, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of butter on each slice of bread.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet, and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.

- Remove the bread from the oven, and spread a generous amount of the tuna mixture on two of the slices.
- Add a slice of tomato and a slice of red onion on top of the tuna mixture.
- Place the remaining slices of bread on top to create a sandwich.
