Ingredients:
- 1 cup shelled pistachios
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F. Spread the pistachios on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for 10 minutes, or until they’re fragrant and lightly browned.
- In a food processor, pulse the pistachios, sugar, matcha powder, and salt until the mixture is finely ground.
- In a double boiler, melt the white chocolate over low heat. Once melted, add the heavy cream and stir until smooth.
