Ingredients:
- 1 bunch kale, rinsed and dried well
- Olive oil drizzle
- Sea salt, garlic powder to
- taste
- 1TB nutritional yeast
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 350-375 degrees, depending on your oven. Keep the temperature on the lower end if your oven tends to get hot.
- Arrange kale on baking sheet/s, making sure not to crowd.
- Sprinkle seasonings over the top.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, keeping an eye on the chips to make sure they don’t burn.
- Turn the chips over and then bake for 2-3 minutes more. You may need more or less time depending on your oven.
