Ingredients
For the Monster Cookies

- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups Halloween-themed chocolate chips or M&M’s
- 1 cup candy eyeballs (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats and Halloween-themed chocolate chips or M&M’s.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Gently press a few candy eyeballs onto each cookie to create a “monster” appearance.
