Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup blueberry jam
- 1/2 cup buttercream frosting
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Cake pop sticks
- Blue food coloring
- Sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch cake pan.
- Prepare the cake mix according to the instructions on the box.
- Fold in the blueberry jam into the batter and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely, then crumble it into a large bowl.
- Add the buttercream frosting and mix until well combined.
- Roll the cake mixture into balls and insert a cake pop stick into each ball.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave or in a double boiler.
