Delicious, sautéed cinnamon apples are used to make this apple cinnamon yoghurt dish, which will fill your home with the most wonderful aromas. It will undoubtedly become one of your go-to fall breakfasts, so keep some on hand for any morning!
Ingredients:
Breakfast bowl
- 2/3 cup thick coconut yogurt
- 1/3 cup granola
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- maple syrup (as needed)
Caramelised Apples
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Instructions:
- Combine chopped apples with cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in apples and sauté until golden brown on both sides.
- Spoon yogurt into the base of your bowl. Add on caramelized apples, granola, pumpkin seeds and drizzled maple syrup. Enjoy!
